Program Objective
A technology company that had a formal dress code in place was converting to corporate logowear dress code. The goal was to provide a centralized place where employees from various offices could use their budget to buy apparel. The key concerns for the client: maintain branding guideline consistency, no overhead or inventory, high quality selection, easy to manage.
Execution
We set up a custom web store where each member can access their budget to purchase apparel. Each apparel piece was approved from our iCoStore style guide to maintain branding consistency.
Results/Success
Our client has renewed this program 4 years. During this time, they have acquired several companies and more than doubled their original employee count. They are thrilled with the service, selection and ease of use in setting employee budgets directly into the system.
